I love what you said about Finnish people (which includes you now); they might not outwardly show “happiness” but they are content with their lives. That to me is the MAIN ingredient to be happy! Also, I love your description about “stuff.” You said that you and your husband are “intentional” about purchasing things you bring to your space. That is a great way to put it. Thank you for the inspiration. Although I am a clean and organize person, every time I watch your videos I feel I need to go ahead and clean something! 😂

We have so much in common as a couple: my husband is also software ingenieure and I also create content, but also work in real estate, mainly. And we are almost same age 😄. I dont define myseld a minimalist also, but am very intentional when I purchase something. Your videos are so lovely, never would have thought I would enjoy watching two strangers eating 😁

The name Kahvihuone caught my eye when I was browsing KZfaq-videos some time ago. (I'm Finnish woman living in The Silicon Valley, California) The name caught my attention because it's not a word Finnish person would use, we don't really have a room or place which would be called "Kahvihuone" . I guess it's like Asian people here talk about "Tea room" but just in Finnish way as coffee is more important, it's Coffee room? I think it's brilliant! My husband is also IT- engineer but Dutch:) He lived in Finland 10 years before we moved abroad and speaks Finnish but he took some Finnish classes his work provided back then. I love your content and watch it all with my daughters:D They did born in Finland but don't remember living there. They love Marimekko and Iittala and Alvar Aalto as I do too. We have quite a Finnish home here but in real Californian style house.
