@Mugen_YG Though true, if you look, they also don't spend their spark. If my opponent is throwing Kaioken frequently, it's actually not impossible to punish Kaioken with Kaioken. My point was simply that what we saw worked due to an unwillingness to spend their resources

@@Mugen_YG It's a 5 Bar kill button if your opponent pressed something in the neutral, which you can see if they did thanks to the screen freeze, and if you don't, you can try to do something mix-wise since not everyone has practiced defending against it. Not saying it's great, but establishing it as the 5 bar kill switch it is can make your opponent start to respect your neutral way more.

Tier lists in fighting games have always been weird. The tier list from when a game comes out. Will look completely different from a tier list years after a game comes out. The strongest character in any fighting game I have played is Shin Akuma from Street Fighter Alpha 3. You have a double fireball which locks down a blocking opponent for long enough for you to close the distance. A three guage kill move which acts as a grab move. A tall fireball which does alot of damage. His defense and offense is Ryu yet better in literally every way possible.
