She opens up about her time at the Hoffman inner-child-work retreat, and the work she’s done throughout her life to acquire coping skills. She talks about a life-changing breakup in her 20s from which she ended up addicted to valium, and how therapy brought her out of that dark place. She discusses the fine line that is her relationship with alcohol and the harsh realities of going through a public breakup. I relate to KB so much and need to do a Hoffman (?) or some kind of intensive therapy retreat. As a 42 year old, I’ve been learning that I too severely lack coping skills. Thanks for your vulnerability in sharing your stories. 💕

Kaitlyn was hilarious. The Taylors were a little too reserved until the end game, which was the best part of the pod. So many ads! I appreciate influencers that genuinely only promote things they use and like. The Taylors need to find that balance because their ads are all over the place and dont seem genuine.
