Here's my cover of Steely Dan's Reelin' In The Years from their Can't Buy A Thrill album. I like to play rock shuffles and this is a great song to play along. This time I played my own version, did some different fills and played ride when it was originally Hi-Hat etc...

Thanks Chris! I thought that Steely Dan might have used a similar 70's Ludwig Supra on this recording so that's why I chose this snare.

Nice relaxed feel and good playing. Great mix as well. I use to play this in a cover band years ago and I always looked forward to it. It's a fun tune to play.

Thanks! I chose bigger crashes to match the original vibe. Left Crash is 19" K Sweet Crash and the right is 20" K Cluster Crash.

This song is has a killer groove and you nailed it! The shuffle along with the ghost notes is difficult to play, but you make it look easy. Jim Gordon's grooves aren't easy to play. Fantastic. 🎸🥁👍
