Watched a different video on Kaizen. They didnt even mention the verify/ analysis and act stages. Seems like an important step. Thanks for sharing.

I like this general overview because kaizen basically inspired a lot of agile methodologies, so thinking about Kaizen helps me understand why agile methodologies like kanban or scrum are designed and evolved the way they did.
