Yea i felt like it was more of a “kartra doesnt have this but kajabi does” rather than a legitimate comparison. But he made solid points. I dont use either Graham but i felt as though a comparison should acknowledge the perks of both and highlight the cons and probably a work around for each if anything. You did point out the helpdesk so i appreciate that. Btw i use neither. I’m just a guy who likes to keep up on the saas. I go the wordpress diy route lol. I know people would kill meee in the comments. Love your content tho. Thank you for adding value

Agree about Kajabi chat support. It is amazing. Best support that I have every gotten with SAAS product, ever. (NOTE: I have no experience with Kantra, so do not know how their support is.)

I’ve used both however, Kartra is my favorite and the cost is less expensive. Kajabi’s customer service is the BEST.

You mentioned in this video how Kajabi can host webinars (I imagine live or pre-recorded) where the viewer can pick a time to watch the webinar after they give up their email. Assuming we're going the pre-recorded route, do you find these webinars with a timeslot to be more effective than just a landing page with a pre-recorded webinar on it that people can view after giving up their email (no timeslots involved)? I almost feel like the timeslots kind of imply that the webinar is live (even if it's pre-recorded), and I'm not totally comfortable with that.

Yes you can do either. I've done both and they both work well. I would do what you feel comfortable with.

Can I clarify, I use streamyard to steam in different places, would the webinar function on kajabi be helpful for this? I'm not yet doing the pre-recorded webinars.

They’ve recently got VC funding too! I’ve been with Kajabi since October 2010 when they launched it on a live webinar with Andy Jenkins, Kenny and Travis . Real founder 😊 I love kajabi and my kajabi clients. Just got my partner box today ! It’s cool you are always on the leaderboard

Hey Graham. Thanks for the video. I have actually been considering Kajabi for my coaching business, but they don’t have appointment scheduling program. And I have actually never heard of Kartra until you mentioned it, and it seems like they have an online scheduler. Based on your affiliation with Kajabi, do you think this might be something that Kajabi might offer in the future? Thanks again!

Great question - yes, I have a feeling they might. They asked me recently about whether I use Kajabi for coaching. I'm sure they are brainstorming more features for online coaches.

Thanks for this video. I'm currently with kartra, but does kajabi have the ability to do coupons, agency and affiliate features? I have physical products, a membership and courses to sell all I need the product amount. Please, can you link the video your share about getting around the product issue? Thanks so much, Nik

Lets say I want a membership with different tiers, each tier is counted by as one product? or the opposite?

The way my business will be working online means that I WILL need quite a lot of different courses, unless you can split several large course into a lot of mini courses without them being counted as separate courses (which I suspect you can't?) Any ideas? Thanks :o)

Pretty sure all the trials are for the growth version. Then afterwards you can stay at growth, downgrade to basic, or upgrade to super-duper pro plan.
