The juvenile osprey Juuli, chased a goshawk twice. she started the attack. what a brave Girl.

wow she is so brave and alone. Those goshawks are very mean, I'm really worried about her. Do you think they will return? there was one earlier than this that landed on the nest but was more brown in color. How come her dad does not help her and what about her mom, is she around or migrated already? I think that is who Juuli is calling out to for help. Liznm what happened to the younger Lesser spotted eagle on Kalakotkas, ( not Grincs) did he fledge?

I think Juuli is not in danger. She attacked the goshawk. The little Maili (Estonian Lesser spotted eaglet) is branching since two days. She is a beautiful eaglet.

INCREDIBLE video!!!Totally INCREDIBLE!!! Specially when you remember history of this nest and this family. So... if I am correct, Juuli is a sister of that other young female that was defending this nest and her siblings in it till her last breath. What a family!!!!!!And where are the parents/adults?? Would they gang up together on that hawk??? Hawk has family also,but...this particular hawk almost wiped out the whole family....so...there will be BLOOD! Girl..... we are on your side so give this hawk HELL, but protect yourself. liznm- thank you for this video. :-)

Saw another video where a Goshawk killied 3 Juvenile Ospreys. This one is brave and hopefully knows how to use its big sharp Talons against other Raptors!

The brave chick who fights with goshawk it is female Nelli, and she first loses her life. Goshawk takes one chick at the end, then he comes back in the evening at ~10 pm for other one body. And after 12 days he comes back again and takes Nelli's body. All you may find on the playlist.
