Rao, not sure if it is exacly what you want , but Psycho Pass might be a good guess. There’s also Wicked City (never watched it, but watching a cyberpunk music video that had some anime clips playing in the background, one that really stood off was Wicked City). If you find something nice give me a reply, I love cyberpunk as well!
