Learn to make a tasty backyard brisket on your Kamado Joe Ceramic Grill. While often intimidating, a brisket is very easy to make on a kamado-style grill with great results even if it's your first time making one.
In this video, we focus on making a good backyard brisket. What we mean by backyard brisket is that we aren't following true BBQ competition rules. You know, the stuff you aren't going to care about because the brisket tastes so good. A backyard brisket is meant to be simple. The goal is tender and moist with a good bark.
Watch to see just how easy it is to achieve great results with minimal prep and effort. This video was shot on the Kamado Joe Classic III Ceramic Grill using the SloRoller. We also used a Fireboard 2 Pro and Drive Blower to automatically run the grill.
