Considering Usman is the kind of guy who will blatantly grab the cage numerous times then act offended when he's called out on it (see TUF) its hard to take his denial of anything else seriously. Like you're on tape grabbing the cage and deny it. And a lot of people who know what they're on about point to you as a PED user, and at that you're a high level pro athlete and the sad reality is the vast majority of high level athletes are on something.

I remember in school we had a detective speak in our criminology class. He always said one of the big red flags of someone lying is when someone provides a good argument for the case and they start over explaining and getting into details with things that aren't really big into the case. I'm not here to say if he uses or not, but I can relate as I have permanent scars on my hands from contacting some skin infection while training on the mats . The doctor did exactly what he said, used a Q-tip and liquid nitrogen to remove the bumps and antibiotics.
