Pinky Laid Eggs at Jerry's House!

I love seeing Jerry do his thing. As a german carpenter I'm absolutely mesmerized by how efficient these setups are both for the comfort of the animals and how easily he can work around them. Truly a natural at what he does.

She seems to be happy, healthy and truely enjoying the amazing enclosures Jerry has built. Jerry by far has the best looking and functional enclosures for a large collection of reptiles/monitor lizards.

Aw I'm so glad to see an update on Pinky. She definitely found herself a guy she likes. Her and Slink just didn't work out. But she definitely remembers her dad. I don't think she'll ever forget you, Kenan. And Jerry knows you're still her dad, too. I love yours and Jerry's bromance lol. Such a great duo.

She is BEAUTIFUL! The size of those eggs ! Looks bigger than chicken eggs. Thank you Kenan for not leaving us out of any cool , natural behaviors. Matt does such a good job zooming in on what we want to see. And Jerry, man, I follow his channel as well. He is so attentive. Knows his lizards so well. Puts in the hours it takes to provide everything to make them happy. They have to breed. Lol

I love Jerry warning matt at the end and it’s so good seeing how comfortable Pinky is. I loved that she gave you some pinky kisses at the end, I was half expecting her to start climbing up your leg like she used to back in her old enclosure. Massive congratulations to you both 🤗

Hi Kenan I am so excited that Pinky laid some eggs. I bet you can't wait until they hatch. I really like Jerry's youtube channel, and how he describes each step, from the mating, until the eggs are laid. Pinky remembers you Kenan. Jerry has the best monitor enclosures. How cool! Congrats! Pinky is such a cool monitor too. AWMs fascinate me but even if I had the room they are illegal in my state for some silly reason (we have winter, so not because of invasiveness) so I love living vicariously through you while I raise my boas and small pythons lol.

Food for thought: when my female ackie was new to laying, there were a couple times where she'd take a break from laying, actually eat something, then go back and lay some more. It wasn't until she was a veteran breeder that laying became a lot more seamless. So she still may go back in the box and nest some more.

I’d leave Pinky with Jerry. At least that way she is happy and out of the pool of animals that die every 2 - 3 months at the Kamp. She is safe and happy and not in an inappropriate enclosure or in danger.
