@@Aaronreacher Imo, rebels should've focused more on the planets and places affected by years of war and the reconnection to the nature of the force. Rebels does do this with the Bendu and Loth wolves where it seemed like we were focusing on other creatures that pocess the force. Instead of Kanen and Ezra being Jedis, it wouldve been better for them to just be force sensitives seeking out what the force is without war. WOuldve made for some clone wars tier story telling.

The Bendu wasn’t added by Rebels. This specific version, sure, but the Bendu as a group of people by his philosophy is a very old concept that goes back to Legends.

Its a rare power, and my guess would be that its something that harms the user in some way. Lets not also forget that the force itself has a sort of consciousness, one that might find some strange objection in the power being one granted to anyone for any reason. The only instances of any of those powers have been 'in the moment'. Not to mention, in Rebels itself we see force healing...'in the moment' none-the-less. I get that some people hate the new Star Wars movies, a mix of feeling that a 'happy ending' was ruined, the same nostalgia that led to a hatred of the prequels, a disdain for disney, or some darker reasoning - but lets not let that blind us too much, shall we?
