The Kancamagus Highway is a 34.5 mile scenic drive along Highway 112 in Northern New Hampshire. The Kancamagus Scenic Byway takes you through a path cut through the White Mountain National Forest with breathtaking views of the White Mountains, Rocky Gorge and Lower Falls.

My parents used to live up near there it was beautiful! They started going there back in 1984 for their honeymoon and eventually moved up there. There was a store at the beginning (I believe) on the South Side of the HWY and it was owned by this sweet and cute as can be man named Baldy. He became like one of the family 😊

In the winter time if the snow is really bad the police write down your license plate and waiting for you at the other end you don't show up at a certain time they come looking for you. There is no cell phone service at all.And there's a warning sign no gas station for so many miles.hope to be going up in a couple of weeks to see if I can see the milky way.

We stopped at the lower falls and ate lunch on the rocks it was nice,A group of kids came walking up to us and they where all very friendly and one of them had a nice pair of Ray Ban sunglasses on and he looked good,turned out that they where mine he took off my dash board because I was dumb enough to leave my car window
