The way I watched season 2 like 5 times now just because Kate and Anthonys slow burn is so chefs kiss! Season 1 did not do it for me like season 2 did. I love when characters are longing for each other until they can't hold it together anymore and just have to be in each others arms. I never knew how hot hands just touching could be! And these little nose rubs 💘💘😩 please!

The scene where he smells her scent reminds me of a similar scene from "The Witcher " Season 1 episode 5 on Netflix where Geralt stops in his tracks to smell the scent of Yennefer of Vengerberg which was lilac and gooseberry. Ironically the lead female role is played by actress Anya Chalotra born in Wolverhampton, England, to an Indian father and English mother. The face expression on the lead male roles are the same.

@@Earth2LalaLand I think they took some creative liberties in showing kate sneaking out early morning without anyone noticing. But also the whole Bridgerton family knew what was going on between them so I don't think they would have any problem though. They knew their son is a gentleman and will ask kate to marry her after that night. I kind of feel bad for anthony in the morning though ....he was looking so cute waking up with that smile on his face only to realise she left him there.

It would have been really dumb though. Kate is from India which has some of the heaviest rainfall in the world. Kate being catatonic because of thunderstorms while coming from a place that has full on monsoons all the time would just be impossible for her as a character. Really think about that. They would need to change her fear if they give her one but I think making her desire to put family first at a detriment to herself because she doesn’t feel worthy is an adequate amount of vulnerability to her story while also bonding her with Anthony.

Being raised in a place that is full of your fear doesn't necessarily inure you to that fear; it certainly _can_ mean that your life is frequently exposed to stress that you have to survive repeatedly. Considering how Kate is characterized as having to deal with tragedy and put herself on the back burner, compartmentalizing her fear amid years of monsoons would be very like her, very sympathetic, and very like Anthony. Anthony was bathed in monsoons of duties, expectations, risks, terms, and information he had no reason to know at his age - in addition to the trauma of living around bees.

I hated Anthony’s character but their love story was so intriguing. Lowkey I started to root for him and Kate is my fav cause she’s the only one who stands up to him 😂

I got Kanthony fever bad! And I do not watch stuff like this. Those 2 actors are perfect! The micro expressions between them are amazing. Christ I thought I was drawn to the Kate character as to why I have watched the whole 2nd season 5x. I totally want to find every piece of celluloid Ms Ashley is on. Then I saw it was more the Kate and Anthony scenes ( tell me there is a director's cut!!) and then further its Shonda, Its the show runner, and the supporting cast! Its the whole show is perfect at least the 2nd season. Thank You Bridgerton Family!!

The amount of edits I've watched is too much, but will I gonna stop it... Hell no, I'm on my 2nd round of rewatching the S2 and I'm loving every moment of Kate & Anthony. S1 was beautiful but I'm more for the slow burn, how they're fighting with their selves as well as with each other and in the end love won. ❤️❤️
