This is definitely a break out drama for Kang Ha-neul. He was good in other dramas, but here, he just takes my breath away. I forget he's acting and his character is so touching, different and refreshing... and everyone of us want a man just like him. This drama will open even greater doors for him and of course the charming Hyo Jin one of the best kdrama actress of our time continues to touch us with her talent.

I totally agree. You definitely described what i felt while watching this drama. Hoping there are still guys like him in real life. I just love Kang Haneul! 🥰❤️ This drama made me feel im in the actual location and im part of the neighborhood. It felt sooo refreshing, warm, and i felt their pains, happiness, agony, and all their emotions. The storyline was perfect and while watching it, i fell in love with all the characters played. It will make you laugh soooo hard and cry at the same time. Superb acting to all. Thank you to the scriptwriters, cinematographers, staff, director, and actors. You made my heart flutter, happy, inspired, broken but at the same time whole. I love “When The Camellia Blooms”. This drama deserved all the awards. ❤️🥰🤗

Gong Hyo Jin is the main reason why i started watching this drama. I have always been a fan of her and her acting skill. I watched all her dramas and I really think that she is one of the best actress in kdrama land. She deserves the fame and longevity she has right now. Personally i really never paid attention to Haneul, i know about him but never followed his projects. I first saw him in Scarlet Heart Ryeo and I really hate his character there, but man this drama made me a big fan of him. He is just talented and very refreshing. I hope he will get more project soon😊

Fellow yeojas, in case you want to get married someday, find a man who is similar to Yong Sik---one who is very responsible, with a good head on his shoulders, and who will put your well-being and happiness before his. Looks are superficial and wither in time, but it would nonetheless be a great bonus if he looks comely or charming.

wow i haven't watched this drama but that must be one of the best acting in a kissing scene by an actress, 2:44 look how beautifully she portrays happiness, the smile and then like she were about to cry a little too, looked so real, also the detail of slowly starting to close her eyes before the kiss, it felt natural and not awkward as in many other k-dramas

This drama makes one feel so warm. Like the kinda of guy that is not the typical cool playing to be rude but has hidden gentleness shit. The lead actor here is who he is. Kind and gentle. The girl is more manly. And that to me is perfect and realistic.

Just when you think the show can't get any better, it tops itself with this scene. The build up to the proposal was undoubtedly one of K tv's finest moments. Once again Yong-shik shows himself to be a counter-cultural figure in this village... a contrarian swimming against the tide of conventional thinking.

You know you should be together when you’re at your best with your lover. I am going to be heart broken when this drama is over. All the kdramas portray lead actor r cold to women n don't respect but yell at them . but look at this drama where he treats her with utmost respect for who she is. And many kdramas recently portraying women as strong by showing them in fancy dress n hitting others with words or actions but I think women empowerment shown in this drama is what true empowerment. Being kind and being rude to the people who r rude to her , encouraging others even in her worst situations, not taking help from others n working for herself n her kid this is what I think the true meaning of a badass women.

I’ve seen so many dramas in my life and this man.. being the nontoxic boi he is just loving his wifu wholesomely with everything he’s got.. and not being afraid to cry or show his feelings. I love this drama because it has him and her in it and it’s just so unlike any other drama ever. Also murder mystery. Crime solving stuff. Who doesn’t like a dose of that??
