This mantra is magical! The past few months have been stressful with college studies and batch politics and I wasn't taking care of myself. I wasn't sleeping well and eating unhealthy (late-night studying, binge-watching and stress-snacking!). This unfortunately messed up my cycle, causing a one-month delay. Having PCOS, I was really worried. But then I remembered this mantra that helped with cramps before. I focused on getting enough sleep, exercising, and eating healthy foods while repeating the mantra for 3 days. Four days later, I finally got my period today! Just a reminder to everyone: please take care of yourselves! Along with healthy food, good sleep and exercise, this mantra can be a helpful tool for managing stress and for ensuring regular, healthy menstrual cycles. I'm definitely going to incorporate it into my daily routine. Thank you, Kannika Parmeshwari Maa, for helping me get my periods back. 🙏🏻❤️🌸

This mantra really helps. I didn't get my period for almost 50 days because I've had lots of antibiotics the prior month because I was sick. Bahut delay hua. Mene yeh Mantra Roz ek baar 5 din suna, my period came on the 6th day. And the shocking part is, I used to only bleed for 2 days, the 3rd day was always spotting & it used to stop. Suddenly it's become so regulated. I'm bleeding much more, & for 5 days straight. I used to only change my sanitary pad twice a day, kyuki nahi aata tha utna, now i change it 3 times minimum, for 5 days. & This is my 2 months experience. I'm on my 3rd day of my period when I'm typing this. I got introduced to this mantra, through Astro Arun Pandit on a podcast. I don't have PCOS or PCOS, I bleed every month but it's regulated very well now! Thank you Ma, you're very kind!
