Remember what I've been saying from your very first reactions.. GRIME MCs are the best rappers in the world, Ghetts, Chip, Kano, Wretch, Stormzy, Skepta, D Double, etc... can rhyme on anything, because GRIME is an amalgamation of multiple cultures of lyricism, from the Dancehall Deejay to the Hip Hop Rapper to the African Griot. Grime MCs are the Super Saiyans of all rappers - not even Kendrick or Cole could skip over multiple tempos like them and change flows without taking a break between beats… Grime MCs on a 'Grime Set', do this with ease, they spit back2back like playing hot potato with bars no matter what the DJ throws at them. It's like playing 'Double Dutch', the DJ is swinging the ropes and the MCs are the skippers... I'm still requesting, ''Ghetts ft Kano, Chip & Mercston - BBC1XTRA Freestyle' and 'Studio 82 with Big Zuu, Eyez and Manga.' Fingers crossed you'll get to them.

The best example of what your man is saying is if you watch the best cypher in fire in the booth ever,that is fire in the booth cypher 2014..On one of ghetts flow,there was a slow tempo and he grabbed the mic and went off on one and on the same flow,Charlie sloth changed the beat up to a 140bps grime and he sang exactly the same he just done on the slow beat word for word but faster & other rappers in other rap genre struggle or cant do that.

@@chief-jayfiji7834 For real... but Grime Sets when they were at their height varied in tempo and styles anyway, this 140 bpm ideology is and has been very misleading... Grime goes from DnB - roughly 180 bpm, down to Hip Hop - roughly 90 bpm, and eveywher in between Grime is a culture that goes beyond the beat tempo. Dizzee's Boy in the Corner is possibly the Greatest Grime album of all time, I don't think there's one song that is 140 bpm.

@@chief-jayfiji7834 I dunno, I'd agree that the cypher was top-tier but if you want to see a grime set in a distilled, concentrated form, I'd suggest: Durrty Goodz switching songs part 2. he runs multiple flows on classic, experimental grime/garage/jungle beats for like 6mins without a stop for juice lol

Great reaction!! Jamaican influence is big in the UK. Many of us are descendants from Jamaican immigrants. You can hear that with many artists including Kano. My recommendations are P money mists jam freestyle, and Kamakaze Fitb. See what you think.

Love that you did this - Kano is one of my top performers, super talented - Check out a young Kano Classic "P & Q's" and also "3 Wheel Up's" feat Giggs for another classic grime track - Top Boy and Top Boy Summerhouse are amazing shows, they are currently filming another series in London at the moment. Check out Stormzy - Blinded by your Grace Pt2/Big for your Boots live at Brits 2018 (Great intro to Stormzy and he calls out our then prime minister for the lack of action around the Grenfell Fire Tragedy which even now the Government have severely neglected the victims & families)

I remember when I was younger listening to kano freestyle on a Monday when he was unwell and he still killed it. Mixtapes US beats and killed them. Kano very versatile. Kano and ghetto and dizzee from when I was a kid have managed to keep it going and I respect and love them.

I had to listen to it at least 3 times to fully grasp it, but Kano's a legend. Lex don't sleep on Wretch 32 just yet, he's cold trust me. You need to listen to Wretch 32 fire in the booth part 5. Personally think thats his best one, if you still don't like him after that then it is what it is lool.

Kano is in my UK top 5 no questions asked, all time top 10 (regardless of where they from) You 2 are great, wish I could be there with you sometimes to help you breakdown what you miss (you guys dont miss much at all, only the really UKcentric stuff) but you guys really get the deeper stuff, a lot of reactors get the surface level meanings you guys catch the deeper level, and you are clearly good people. Wretchs is better but it's definitely close, Kano is a legend, the man from East Ham has mad skills on the mic, Wretchs fire in the booth I still listen to every day it doesn't get old so yeah he gets the No1 spot for me. Kano is east London from a Jamaican background and a lot of his references are uniquely British. I think other uk rappers get more love from overseas cos their references are more universal which is a shame cos for me it’s Kano and Ghetts as top two in the world right now.
