This is an awesome way to show how similar the two sports are. Many pro footballers could be NFL kickers. If they put on weight and learned to catch some could be receivers. Hopefully one day soon we have a dual-sport soccer-football player. It would be awesome to see an EPL player also play part time in the NFL. Like a soccer Bo Jackson. In terms of athleticism probably, but soccer requires different training schemes and muscle mass. If you are too muscular you lose explosiveness and speed which is important for soccer. I get in American Football you want to have a lot of strength as well but in soccer you don't. It's why the best soccer player ever is a skinny dude who's barely 170cm.
