missed this one live with the UW game happening, thanks for the upload

UConn stayed in it. I think they will be hard to beat anywhere they play.

Kansas is aggressive defensively, they have an explosive offense. The occasional 3 point shot makes them a power to be reckoned with.

Watch and found out if a team is for real they show good athleism and clean up for themselves. Offensive rebounds make you count quicker which time slipes Foster.

I recognize that face but can't put a name on it. Who were they talking about @ 31:32

Jason Sudeikis

@@hankhulgan yeah i just got to the point at around 58:00-something and they showed him again, and literally 2 seconds before the announcer said his name I remembered who it was. Thanks though.

Yes, that’s movie star/TV star/former Saturday Night Live cast member…..Jason Sudeikis…..who also created and starred as “Ted Lasso” in the Emmy-Award winning hit comedy series, “Ted Lasso”.

I watched the game again, and Cam Spencer played a very very selfish game. trying to be the man on this team
@dd212NYCАй бұрын
Full strength with Steph Castle on neutral court UConn wins this game by double digits.
@DADDYDRAGONGIRL8 ай бұрын
you can see that Spencer was a liability this whole game
@Vala300568 ай бұрын
Uconn runs a beautiful offense, but it isn't always that effective.
@dd212NYCАй бұрын
Ya not as effective without Steph Castle. (Top 5 pick) and an injured Spencer.

I know I'm old school. Players used to get that rebound and everyone would head to the other goal. Now players stand around trying to take that ball from the guy who rebounded it. Pick pocket activity seems wrong to me.

What a stupid last shot
@captainmarvel96108 ай бұрын
No way I take a 3. So stupid imo.

Back to back, everyone forgot that lose. Uconn would beat them 8 out of 10 times. 😂

Hurley thinks he's a great coach. You are not. Bill Self outcoached you. You also ran the wrong play at the end of regulation instead of giving your top dog, Newt Dogg the ball. At UConn the ball goes to the top dog to make the game winning play whether it be the Bazz, Kemba, Ray, Rip, Rudy, Meka, Khaled, Ben, Chris, Donyell, A.J., Caron, Rashad, or Scotty. Stick with the Jim Calhoun formula that has worked for over 25 years! Was it Spencer or Newt Dogg that was having the miracle night? Why would you give the ball to a hobbling player that was shooting 20% for the game? Coaches need to learn to coach all 40 minutes of the game!

He did a great job at Wagner and Rhode Island. I will give him a ton of credit as a coach. But man winning a tourney can really lead to some over-the-top praise of a coach. He has been to the NIT and no higher than 3rd in the Big East so far. They caught fire at the right time last year. I again expect them to be one of the best in the nation with this roster, but it would not be surprising to see them not win their league again. They have flaws like KU.
@HawkAlumn8 ай бұрын
But I will agree that play being for anyone other than Newton was pretty dumb. Not even a UCONN thing, you always set up the hot hand unless a great shooter is wide open. Hurley must have expected KU was go to double on screens for him.
@seanchristopher21508 ай бұрын
I agree, but KU was only switching, not even doubling. Clingan was already out there at the three point line to make a hard screen, and roll, you don't even need a three for the win, but a two to extend. Just keep the ball in Newton's hand and let him create. Sidenote, I was impressed with KJ Adams. That guy played his heart out. Super athletic. Great game. Would love to see these two teams in the championship game to slug it out one more time. @@HawkAlumn

@@seanchristopher2150 Self is stubborn about not doubling until the very end of a game. Any time we’re he’s up by two or three and is facing a hot shooter on the final possession, he has his guys go over, double or trap that player. It’s saved our teams countless times in big games (and sometimes they hit the prayers while being doubled lol). But I think opposing coaches who spend enough time with film should realize this by now.

imma Kansas fan Hurley has shown he is a good coach..unlike Kevin Ollie, he didnt inherit good players..he built the program back up...I respect UCONN for their amazing 25 year run..Hurley is legit
