Yes rendering was beautiful but where is raag Raamkali. Not singing in the prescribed raag is a great disrespect to the Guru who selected raag Raamkali for this shabad. for the shabad "Gobind Hum raise Apradhi"

To be a standard Sikh you have to believe in 1 God and in the 10 Gurus everything after that is like self growth but you also want to follow a religion you are fully committed to and wearing a turban and keeping your hair is part of that

You can obviously start exploring all the virtues Sikhism has to offer. Keeping ur hair is an integral part but forcing someone to keep it is not good. The person him/herself should experience it and keep it. So yes...u can definitely follow it with all ur heart and u will eventually learn why keeping hair is an integral part and maybe...by gods grace...u might keep it too. But ome step at a time. So do start. Start by looking at Basics of Sikhi videos. They are amazing!
