Nagsusuffer din ako ng 20 years plus depression. Running and Biking sustained my Sanity. Malaking tulong po talaga ang sports para labanan ang Anxiety at Depression.

Thank you Kara for being open about your mental health challenges.Eye opening ito sa mga kababayan natin na kailangan huwag itago ang mental illness para matulungan . There is always hope! Look at Kara David!! She successfully managed mental illness kasi she did not hide it and she consulted a psychiatrist. God bless you Kara!! Keep educating people by being an example!

kaya pala... nagulat ako nang makita ko na lang siya on a pricey racer bike travelling all the way to Bicol with a 70+ old man and a 30+ electrician ... Good for you Kara... Better than wasting too much time with therapy and getting stuck on heavy medication... Faith and exercise provide much mental, emotional, and physical therapy for the mind and soul...

Si mam Kara ang taong di sumusuko kahit ano ang gusto gawin. Hardworker at dedicated siya kanyang ginagawa. Ngayon ko lang nalaman na bi polar pala at 50 yes old parang hindi

Ngayon alam ko na kung bakit wala na siya sa newscaster. So sad lang kasi isa siya sa hinahangaan ko bilang journalist o newscaster. Sayang ....... Ganun pa man hangad kong lubusang na siyang maging masaya at kung ano man ang iba niyang nararamdaman naway sa ngalan ni kristo jesus lubusan na syang gumaling.
