Christopher Davis your right Kara and Supergirl are the same person but I don't believe Lena wants to separate the two sides of Kara at all I believe see simply wants to know and love all of her Supergirl as well, Lena meets Kara Danvers first she falls in love with her as Kara before she ever knows anything about her Super abilities.

Lena loves Kara. As for Katie McGrath she is so beautiful she could probably turn ever woman in the world lesbian with that smile and those beautiful eyes if she really wanted too so it can't be any real effort for her to play bi sexual lesbian in a TV show.

I am just watching the end of Orphan Black after years of wondering what happened and had forgotten what a cute couple Cosima and Delphine they were totally into each other like Lena and Kara.

It's so cute the way in the early seasons Kara gets all shy and giggly when Lena who is amazingly beautiful and sexy flirts with her.

Agreed. It's like they're hellbent on sending Kara back to the 1950s Stepford Housewives mentality. This is NOT the message they should be sending to young girls, that you only need a man to be fulfilled. Ridiculous. I thought Supergirl was better than this. I also agree with Karamel being so so bland and forced. They don't even have an ounce of that easy chemistry that flows so freely between Kara and Lena. It's quite clear that Lena loves Kara Danvers/Zor-El. The first big reveal IMVHO between the two will be that when circumstances force Kara to tell Lena her secret identity Lena will tell her that she's known for a very long time. Perhaps as early as since the first time she ever saw Kara as Supergirl. IIRC she'd met Kara "Danvers" three times before meeting "Supergirl". This is consistent with Lois Lane learning Clark's secret in both "Lois & Clark" & "Smallville". Whatever the writers decide on what are Kara's feelings for Lena are. It's likely to be left in the air until the end of the series, when Kara tells Lena "Let's just be friends". AISI, Kara's lack of a steady relationship stems from a desire by the producers/writers to keep romance as a writing tool in her storyline. Otherwise, you get locked into a "Lois Lane-Clark Kent/Superman" courtship that never ends.

If we're talking real world here, someone else's relationship isn't something you "agree with". It's either none-of-your-business (most of the time), something you support (if you love them and they're happy), or something you caution about (if it's harmful or abusive). Now, whether one wants to watch it, in fiction, is another question. I usually don't like to watch het relationships (they're usually boring, gross, or both). But it's not a question of me "agreeing with" heterosexuality or not!
