A new karaoke machine lets you sing like a pop star with an inbuilt auto-tuning system.
The "Singing Machine" from a Florida based company, improves your vocals, just like in a recording studio.
STORYLINE:
Even the real Britney Spears would appreciate this rendition of her 2000 hit "Oops!... I Did It Again."
Unlike other home karaoke machines, this one has an auto tune system which lets these users sound a lot like Spears herself.
According to Gary Atkinson, CEO of the Singing Machine, a Fort Lauderdale-based company, the karaoke machine has: "the same exact software that professional recording artists use in their recording studio."
The speaker was launched on Sunday at the Pepcom event on the sidelines of the CES technology show in Las Vegas.
"What we are doing is, we are making it an even playing field where not only the recording artists have access to the software. Now anybody in their home living room can sing like Britney or Justin Bieber," says Atkinson.
The Singing Machine will be available in the US this year and cost 199 dollars.
The annual Consumer Electronics Show (CES) runs 9-12 January 2018.
