I have an iPad mini 6 and an iPhone 13 Pro Max, both running 16.2 and I subscribe to Apple Music and I can’t get this feature on my devices.

You can't. There's no function for that. Are you trying to boost your voice's volume? Probably a simple voice amplifier, independent of the Apple TV or iPad/iPhone would do the trick.

In my case this feature wouldn't be to sing it, but to hear the instrumentals, i love instrumentals!! so sad my phone is not newer... I think that's the Apple's move hahahaha

In that case, still no need for recording. Just listen with the vocals turned down. But I don't think you'd get the result you want since the songs are designed to be instrumentals, they are vocal songs with the vocals removed. It may not be as good as you think.

Unfortunately, not every song is available in Karaoke Mode. Hey Jude is available but Yesterday (another big Beatles hit) is not.

@@macmost OK! I see, I go to an earlier Beatles album ("The Beatles / 1962-1964") and Yesterday works. But not on the on the #1 Album (published in 2000). The song "Help!" is the other way round. It is available on the #1 album but not on the earlier 1962-1964 album.. Other artists are even worse. For example, my daughter wants to sing Julie Andrews, but only Edelweiss (on the 50th anniversary edition) is available.

On the Mac in the Music app you can select a song in your Library and use Song, Info to access the Lyrics and even customize them. But this will not work with the Apple Music "Sing" feature.

Right. This is meant for home karaoke, where you just sing. If you want to use this in a large setting you'd need some sort of sound equipment, I assume.

I have a iPad Pro, brand new, with a gun with HDMI and USB. However I cannot get the sound to move to the mixer. Have you ever had this problem?

Do you mean a dock or adapter or something? The HDMI adapter I used worked fine going to a TV. If yours isn't working, try contacting the manufacturer's support.

So your voice plays through the same audio channel as the music? I don't think you can. Are you trying to boost your voice's volume? Probably a simple voice amplifier, independent of the Apple TV or iPad/iPhone would do the trick without costing too much.

Probably requires the A13 chip or newer. The iPhone 11 supports it (A13) but the iPad mini 5th gen is A12.

I have iPad Pro 12.9 inch. Updated software. 4th gen iPad Pro.

@@godoggo407 Yes, that's too old. The earliest iPad Pro is the 3rd gen 11-inch which was in 2021. The 4th-gen 12.9 inch was in 2020.
