This workout program will only work for you if you click play with us on regular basis. Watching it wont help you much.
Make sure you do your warm up, stretch and warm down before and after the work out. See you OFTEN!
Warning:
Do not attempt to 'COPY" these techniques unless you had some training in martial arts (with high kicks). If you like to try these for the first time, PLEASE TAKE IT EASY FIRST to understand your own limits. Another important note for beginners. Always turn your pivot foot first before you kick to prevent knee injuries!

honestly I would love to see your explanation on retreat and counter like Frank Brennan did in his prime, pulling back from the punch and countering or explanation of Elwyn Hall's blitz kizame tsuki with that footwork I'll sand you a link kzfaq.info/get/bejne/gb-Fi6yY35jdnZ8.html 5:48

Hi Thanks for the link. It was very interesting to watch. My 2 cents worth opinion: Franck Brennan's speed in pulling back and swift change position counter and Elwyn Hall's kizame both came from hours and hours of intense work like shadow boxer as well as with a partner. It's first trained by yourself to get the movements correct and fluent. They will then have to partner up with someone who can match (or slightly more challenging is even better) their speed and skill level to continuously improve. We can practice kihon all day, but one a skilled person in matching with for kumite, distance and timing will be required to make it work. The best way to pick this up is to enter competition where you will learn to work work hard before and after.

thank you so much for that informations :D I agree with you 100% but it is hard to find people that want to do hardcore kumite with you, especially because I am 15 yr old, kids my age are intersted in other things: parting, social life, girls and they don't wanna risk that by hurting themselves in kumite, that's something that annoying me, so I have to find alternative, because karate is martial art that include less sparring than all martial arts, because it's meant to be ikken hissatsu or one punch one kill but of course include some sparing just as you said for practicing timing and distance, so best tools, next to real kumite, are makiwara, or some soft surface that you can imagine it's opponent and practice kizame uraken and so on... and practicing kumite whenever you can, my point was *IN KARATE* kumite is important but not important to do it often but just enough to test your technique... :D

OSU here I am again, what do I do to beat boxer only with hand techniques and karate footwork?

Thanks. First of all, sorry I have not been uploading much. I am much more active on my dog channel 'PawVlogs'. I have plans to do do weekly uploads for this karate channel and it is happening soon. A good karate man vs poor boxer, karate win. A good boxer vs poor karate man, boxer wins. With any style of marital arts it all work the same. If we were to look at pros and cons between the 2; boxers are not used receiving kicks, Karate kicks are proven to be extremely deadly in UFC. This would be the karate man's advantage. Especially if you are in Kykoshin, their low kicks works well to take a boxer's leg out, once the leg is out they have to give it up. High kicks and mid sections kicks is aim for KO. Boxers are only dangerous with their punches, they can do both long and short range, whereas karate people are horrible with short distance fights, so your food work for distance and timing is extremely important to keep your distance for your advantage, don't let them get close tug their head in and swing those powerful hooks at you. Most karate people are not trained to receive hook punches enough. Osu
