Ya, 100% knew she'd be caught if she tried to go through court and hoped she'd get far enough along in construction to try and forcibly expand her property.

Id just go for an asset seizure and possible foreclosure on the house since she's serving jail time and the house will no doubt get foreclosed by the bank otherwise.

It is harassment, but could also be considered stalking too. Plus filing false police reports is illegal in most places. (As it takes the emergency crews from actual cases in which someone might actually die)

A person asked a question where about where people get the idea that they can do hateful or rotten or legal things. This is my answer to that question. In December 2021 one of my coworkers picked up a crowbar and hit me with it without provocation. When the owner found out, he blamed the victim me and thought that that was a most reasonable way to solve the problem. When I talk to him during that weekend, he told me to wait until he got back off Acacian before I would proceed to go forward. I called a lawyer, and during that time he got notified that I was dealing with Worker’s Comp., and that he was likely going to have to pay me, and so he called me into his office lambasted me up once I down the other, and decided to tell me that it was my fault that I got hit with a crowbar, even though I’ve never done anything to this man. Then he told me that I needed to dismiss my lawyer, and he told me that on 14 separate occasions in the 12 months following the situation. I reported it every time, and the lawyers got him to cease and desist yet he still brought it up in conversation. 12 months later he makes me an offer at 12 1/2 thousand dollars and I left him out of the room. Then he offered me $20,000 and expecting me to except that . Eventually, we settle down $30,000 and he still complains about it whenever he can because he thinks that his entitlement allows him to do that. I do not have full use of my shoulder. Good now hurts whenever the weather changes. I have a lump in my arm that I can look down every time I straighten my arm out and I have a daily reminder because I usually wake up in pain of this incident . The owner of the company makes millions and yet I got $30,000. For anyone reading this comment ask yourself is the company that you work for of reasonable place to work do they have insurance or are they one of those very bad employers? I still work for the man and he has alienated so many of his employees that most of them either got fired or they quit, and so now his company is down to around six employees, and one of them is talking about retiring the other one went to another job so now we’re down to five employees . When I started at this company it was 14 employees so now you can see that this Karen has a serious problem.
