Time 115 You make it sound like police broken into the kids house at random and shot him. Want a safe environment? Don't let a 13 YO out at 10:30 PM, don't let him have a gun on him, don't let him point it at officers.

The community isn't asking why kids are out late at night with fake guns that look real? That's why this happened , the community didn't ask that question before. And that's why it will happen again, because they're still not asking this question

No one can live without mistake man! He is still kids and has long journey to go through he learned by mistake. this is his first time with small mistake and cops ended his life immediately with injustice He has no criminal history including his family. Let see if cops doing same thing to your son or your family.

He shouldn't have pointed a gun at a police , the parents should have raised him better and he wouldn't been out that time of night and pointing guns ,

I'm sure U don't know details about this kids and cops in Utica.u blame only him instead of finding solutions to correct mistake. 13 years old vs three cops which he already on the ground beaten up by cops, unable to move do U think cops need to take out a gun at that moment to murder 13 years old Asian boy. Police r supposed to protect citizens not murder such a small mistake. This is so called fucking justice???

Obviously he was doing more than riding bikes with his friends. Stop blaming others because you failed your son. God Bless that young man. God Bless the Officer who had to shoot and save himself. I know he will need counseling for a long time.

Yes, it's very sad that he lost his life. Yet at the end of the day, the child was responsible and the parents also share responsibility. The police acted correctly.

Not getting the outcry from the rest of the communities just yet. They want to see how the investigation goes. Their thinking with their heads instead of emotion that tears up people and communities.
