I don't know. It kinda scares me when people have the ability and feel the urge to go that ballistic about stuff. I mean I don't blame him if it all happened exactly like he told it, but for me this whole story plays out a little too much like a movie or something and this makes me suspicious. After all it's just his point of view, his framing, his perspective. In my mind seeking extensive revenge generally doesn't speak for the character of a person. We all misjudge situations sometimes, we all get paranoid from time to time, we all tend to feel like our own point of view and our feelings are completely justified even when they're not. If seeking revenge like that is a general character trait of this person this will eventually happen in a situation where they are in the wrong and they will inflict misery on someone who doesn't really deserve it. In most situations I think revenge doesn't lead to anything good. Most of the time it's just a way to feel a little better about yourself for a short time because you got back at someone. Oftentimes you make enemies in the process, spread misery to other people, whether they deserve it or not, and often you also get other people involved who have nothing to do with it. I think it's much more admirable if a person is able to just cut their losses and move on without causing a huge drama.

Story 3 OP is definitely not the jerk for doing this especially for sending the father the screenshots, because if they hadn't, she would have tried to spin the same story to her father that she spun to her best friend. Doing what you did definitely helped out the father with removing his toxic daughter and even the gf of the guy that op's gf was cheating on him with.

I have a similar story to the cheating story. I am currently 30 but I was 16 at the time this happened so it was in the early 2000's, when information wasn't as hard to get ahold to if you knew who to ask and where to look. The girl I was with was 15, I'll just call her B. She had given me full access to her email because we lived over an hour away from each other. I'm not the kind of guy who's going to go to someone else's stuff. But a mutual friend of ours had informed me that she had heard rumor that B had been seen with another guy. But that on top of the way B had been acting lately pushed me to do just that. After checking her emails, I found out that she had indeed been cheating on me with another guy who was in his mid-20s and lived less than 20 minutes away from her for the past 2 months. To say I was heartbroken is an understatement because we had been together for almost a year. But instead of calling and confronting her immediately about it, I called and talked with my brother who calmed me down. He suggested that before I do anything drastic, I needed to find out everything I could about the situation. And I did just that. It took about 3 weeks to get all of the information I needed since I was a teenager with no car. Luckily, the brother I called lived in the same area as B and did have a car, so he would come and get me to help me out. I ended up doing some snooping and finding out that the man had recently been divorced and had a three-year-old little girl at that time. I found his exact address and made a trip by his house getting all the information of what his place looked like, as well as what type of car he drove, what color it was, and the tag number. I then went back into B's email and forwarded every email that they had sent each other to myself, deleting the copies from her sent folder. After that, I then got the both of them on a conference call. I'll call him C. B answered right away and began talking to me as if nothing were wrong. That is, until she heard C's voice come across the line as well. At that point I told them both that I knew about the two of them sleeping together and was trying to be civil and made it clear to C who I was and that he needed stop talking to B. B was crying the whole time asking me not to leave her, and telling me how much she loves me, and that it was a mistake done out of desperation because of how far the two of us lived apart. C had began threatening me. Telling me in graphic detail what he was going to do to me if he ever got his hands on me because of me having the gall to call him and demand that he quit talking to B. Side note, I was a 16 year old, 6 foot, 240 pound football player at the time of this phone call, and he didn't have the slightest clue where I lived, so I was in no way scared of his threats. After C finished with his rant and B calmed down to where I could continue talking, C hung up. I immediately called him back into the conference call. C began cursing me again until I said his daughter's name. I'll call her S. He froze. B asked who's name that was and I informed her that it was the name of C's 3 year old daughter. He began cursing and threatening me again for saying his daughter's name. I told C that I knew a lot more than just his daughter's name. I then began telling him all of the information I had gathered on him. Such as his address, his car, where he worked, where his daughter went to school, and the fact that a member of C's family was a cop in the city near where he lived. B was in shock that I had gotten so much information. C then accused me of stalking and after threatening to press charges on me, asked why I would bring up his family in everything that was going on. I then informed C the I knew he was in his mid-20s and the B was only 15, and that him sleeping with a minor would not only get C put in the penitentiary, but, according to my law enforcement contacts, could also get his family discharged as an officer. He laughed claiming that he was well aware of the fact that B was only 15 but I would have to have evidence to back my claims of them sleeping together and that he had wiped their email history when he hung up early. C's laugher went quiet when I told him that I expected him to do that, so I had already went into B's email before calling them and sent all of their conversations confessing to everything to myself. From the following verbal response of B's realization that I had access to her emails, C began to get nervous. I then said that since I now had their full attention, he was to have no more contact with B, ever. And that if I suspected something involving him again, I wouldn't hesitate to send those emails to the authorities as well as his family member, costing him not only prison time, but also forcing him to register as a sex offender and costing him S. C agreed and quickly hung up. B then began crying, asking me what my intentions were with her. I told her that I really cared for her and that if we could try to work things out, I would be willing. But she had severely hurt me and she was going to have to prove that I could trust her again before I made a further decision. We were together for about a month after that and I found out that she had cheated on me again. This time, there was not another chance, and I called it off.

On the first story I had the complete opposite just after I had come out of hospital. Badly broken and on crutches I was heading back to my military station near Oxford. Got on the bus struggling with my bag, I managed to drop it onto the seat as the bus lurched forward. Stumbling I managed to grab the pole and get into the seat. A very beautiful girl, with I guess mother or mother-in-law with her, lent forward and with total concern in her voice said, 'Are you okay? Would you like me to hold your crutch for you?' I replied, 'Thanks, I'm okay now' When I told a friend this story she was crying with laughter, because she knows what my sense of humour is like. But she was totally gobsmacked that I didn't make the obvious reply to the girl.

Thats one thing that has me slightly indecisive on what to make of it. It can be taken as a double standard given that when men do this they are called as creeps, stalkers, etc. but if a woman does it its considered cute. I do know where she is coming from, men and woman alike do this kind of thing and have no good intentions. Basicaly to use the person, take what they can get and discard them. In her case everything looks normal in the relationship.

Story 2: It could just be his way to get into a relationship with you as he might have had a crush on you but was too shy to just come out to say it. I don't remember how long you two have been together but if it was for a long time, then there is nothing much to worry about. The only thing you should keep an eye on is if he tries to isolate you from your family/friends. However, considering that he and your dad are basically business partners as well as whatever traumatic experience he went through in the past, I don't see that happening.

Let me give my 2 cents that nobody asked for. I was actually the friend in a very similar situation. My buddy was an idiot in love. He was pining for this girl, but had no game and little social tact. Que the wingman squad, Me, my best friend, and our buddy J. We had spent a year trying to set up moments for him. It wasn't something he specifically asked for, just an understanding among the squad that hooking them up was a priority. They got close, we became friends with her and would use hang out plans as a way of getting them closer. We even turned my birthday outing to an amusement park into a mini date for them. Sometimes we want thr people around us to be happy so we do things that can come of as creepy.

Story 2: RUN OP that is seriously worrying behavior tell your family what you discovered if they care about you at all they will understand and protect you. Story 3: NTA OP no mercy for cheaters no matter what you made the right call as if you had confronted her no doubt, she would have tried to turn it on you for snooping, you did it in a way she had no way out and no place to run to other than her friend who only heard one side of the story which shows she isn't sorry at all if she's badmouthing you like that. Story 4: NOPE NOPE NOPE! do not take the boyfriend's offer that is finical abuse set up if I've ever heard it if she takes the offer, he's going to hold that debt over her head for any little thing like she's not in the mood to fool around "but I pay for the house you're living in you owe me" she forgets one little chore "oh how dare you and after i was so kind to let you move in with me" it'll be an endless torrent of him guilt tripping her over the debt even after she pays it off cause no doubt he'll make it look like she still owes him to any family and friends that visit

Second story: there was a post from the boyfriend's perspective, I think. It was from another vid but the backstory is matching, she thinks he is "randomly" bumping into her, while he is just trying to flirt. Etc

Omg that happened to me on a bus ride at night. I was the ONLY one on the bus and was sat on the seats across from the back doors. This lady got on the bus and came right over to where I was and said she wanted to sit where I was sitting . I stared at her for like five seconds and then looked around at all the empty seats as if to say ‘are you serious?’ I featured to a seat beside me and she was like ‘THAT isn’t where I want to sit!’ I got up and moved to the back of the bus where I was far away from her but able to keep my eyes on her. No way was I going to sit anywhere near the crazy person demanding the only seat that was being sat in.

Honestly, Cheaters always seem to forget that the person they’re cheating on knows quite alot about them, and more importantly, exactly what to use against them.

Most of these videos I see from you is from the start is a crazy unique story about a Karen being a Karen and then the next stories after that is something about a boyfriend or girlfriend.

To the lady thinking about moving in with your boyfriend. In my relationship we split everything according to how much we each make. He makes more than I and pays more of our bills. Worked for us for 33 years now. And we keep separate accounts but have a joint savings account. Good luck.
