OMG! I can't believe they didn't include something so obvious!!! I like how the screen is tilted towards the "driver". Can't wait to hear how she sounds!

Well, it was a calamity of issues there. I bought the floor model and they forgot to put them in the box.

New employee, short staffed, etc. They hand delivered them to me the next day and I do not live close.

Yep sounds like a factory error. You should be able to get the parts for free. But they should have caught it first!

It was their error. They just forgot to box it up with everything else. They did right by delivering them to me the next day. I was not a happy camper as you saw via the video, but forgive and move on. Life's too short to focus on the negatives.
