Sewing machines intimidate me, but i do like to sew. I just recently got a beginners 8 inch hoop Embroidery kit. That Hot and Heavy bag would be a great way to keep it all together. :)

Yep sounds like a factory error. You should be able to get the parts for free. But they should have caught it first!

It was their error. They just forgot to box it up with everything else. They did right by delivering them to me the next day. I was not a happy camper as you saw via the video, but forgive and move on. Life's too short to focus on the negatives.

Well, it was a calamity of issues there. I bought the floor model and they forgot to put them in the box.

New employee, short staffed, etc. They hand delivered them to me the next day and I do not live close.

@@CarolKarenQuilt-zt3qofew months ago I tried bernette Academy b05. Very nice manuel basic with all the manuel bells and whistles. I recommend Metal structure. Few months later l bought the b 38. Wow I'm spoiled. Been looking at b77. All I can budget, and all I can electronically think. Lol. More than I'll ever need, I think lol Just a dollar more. Lol 🤺💐
