Hogs in a sleeping bag are a grown u p version of pigs in a blanket. They are an easy, delicious way to serve smoked sausage. Portable so you can take them tailgating, serve at a picnic, have them at your next party, or put them out for a holiday gathering.
These dishes are practically no recipe dishes. Just follow along and you will have a delicious meal on the table in no time at all. The family will be happy and so will you.

Ingredients:
smoked/polish/kielbasa sausage cut into 3" pieces
1 8-count package of crescent rolls
yellow or spicy grainy mustard
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place sausages in a frying pan. Add 1/4 cup water, cover and slowly simmer until water evaporates. This will allow the sausages to cook through. In the meantime, Separate crescent roll triangles. Brush each triangle with mustard. Place a sausage on each triangle. Starting at the wide end, roll up each triangle. Place on a sheet pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
