Happy Birthday! I agree, Springbok should do the "Karen Puzzles Bronze Prismagic" puzzle, since they've already done gold and silver and call it the "Olympic Collection".

It's funny that you mentioned puzzling being your job. While watching this video, I was thinking about how people say you need to turn your passions into a job. And how you liked puzzles and were able to make a career out of your love of puzzles. It is amazing that in this world we can make careers out of all sorts of things! Happy Golden Birthday!!! Well you’re far from being alone, at least 😂 my golden birthday was when I turned 9 years old and I’m 24 and I don’t remember shit about that year or that day so don’t feel bad. Sometimes the golden days happen long before your birthday arrives, anyway! 🎉

Happy Birthday Karen! My Golden Birthday would have been when I was 1, so I’m a bit hazy on that! 😂 However my daughter is also a 31 like you (January in her case) so in 8 years time I shall have to make sure she does something special!

8 years time? That's not how it works. A golden birthday is based off the DAY....... not the YEAR. Your daughter's golden birthday was on her 31st birthday.

Did she turn 24 years old 6 months ago? I’m typing this comment on July 31st, 2022. This video was uploaded in 2021 last year. My birthday is 4 days before hers (January 27th, 2000), but, I was also born 2 years after her, since I’m only 22 right now. She must have been born during 1998! 😊

I haven’t done puzzles since I was a kid until this holiday season. My husband and I completed two 1000 piece and one 500 piece puzzle. I found out I like the collage style puzzles where there are lots of smaller sections with lots of detail. Karen, thank you for showing me how puzzles can be fun and relaxing.

Happy Birthday! I never heard of a golden birthday but I checked the dates (it has been a few years) and I actually spent mine on vacation in Paris. Wasn’t planned because of the golden thing but I do remember loving being in Paris for my bday. Love your channel! Happy New Year!

Happy belated Birthday Karen!!! As a guy who almost exclusively works on Springboks, and has since the 60s, I can say with relatively high confidence that they do not reuse puzzle dies in making puzzles. The general tricks they use (such as the "split in" connections) you will see in all of them, and they all have the feeling of coming from the same shape designer, but I don't think they share dies between them.

For my golden birthday, I think my mom made a chocolate pudding, cake and jello train that stretched across the entire dining table. Chocolate pudding as the engine, since it was my favorite, and each car was a different flavor of cake and jello. It was amazing!

Happy Birthday, Karen! I give you lots of credit for powering through this puzzle in just 3 days! I've not done a shiny puzzle like this one, but just on the screen, it's killing my eyes! So pretty, but I don't think I could deal with it long enough to finish! I've done a couple puzzles that are very monochromatic and they take so much extra time since there are very little clues and you only have piece shape to go off of. My puzzling times tend to go from a couple days to weeks since I get bored and can only work on it for a couple hours a day.

It’s beautiful! Reminds me of the rainbows when the sun shines through prisms ❤️ I loved the wiggly dance of the pieces next to the puzzle in the time lapse. Hi Karen, Happy Birthday, I did so enjoy watching you celebrate your "Golden Birthday". Not sure what I did for my 'Golden" not even sure it was a thing then, but it was 60 years ago. I hope you are still doing jigsaws in 35 years time if they do bring out another Holographic puzzle.

I was 7 years old on my golden birthday. I wished for enough snow to keep us out of school. We woke up to 8 inches of snow. I am from NC, so we were out of school for a couple of days! It was great! Happy Birthday to You Karen!!

I'm so sorry that I wasn't able to view this on the 31st and wish you happy birthday on the actual day. Anyway, Happy Golden Birthday, Karen. I am also a December baby, but having been born on the 1st a Golden Birthday was just overshadowed with...you know...my first birthday! I'm always impressed with how difficult a puzzle you're willing to take on. Having a firm deadline would clearly make it more tense. So good for you. These pieces that turn out to be multiple pieces are always challenging to find. I was worried, too, that there might be a piece missing. So it was good to have them all. Happy New Year. Looking forward to another year of entertaining puzzle content.

For my Golden Birthday I was 6 years old. I know I had a big birthday party. And I remember it feeling very special. I also remember my mom cut her hand on my Golden Birthday. She was washing a glass glass and somehow it broke and cut her.
