Remember that all food can have a place in your life. Everything you put in your body is energy. It's all about balance. Don't think of diet as a way of restriction. A diet is what we eat not what we don't eat.

I am pretty sure those Videos are weeks if not moths apart, so she doesn't go "hard" like this every week, so I guess 80% healthy balanced diet (which can include sweets and cheat dasy too, sometimes we're just not in the mood). Probably having a healthy relationship with food from home and maybe liking at least one sporty-relaxing activtiy, be it walking around the block, swimming, Fitness center or Pilates / Yoga Otherwise, overactive metabolisim (which is eventually not that good either, then again and good Genes.

Karissa, I can only watch these compilations when full, otherwise I would need to snack! I am a foodie and always enjoy your reviews! You are positive even if the food isn’t great! Love your vibrant, enthusiastic, positive reviews! At times I can almost taste what you describe especially Italian food because I come from an Italian background and have eaten some most delicious foods! I eat vicariously through you now as I am gluten free! The replacement foods often don’t compare to their the real deal!! Love your short reviews too! I love your posts. Your descriptions of the food and the views are spectacular. Only thing, there is NO way you are eating all the food and staying fit as you do. Lol. You may take a couple bites and that's it, but all those calories, even working out, you would gain weight. I gain weight just by looking at the good food in the videos. 😅😅😂.

Eat till you can’t no mare it’s what I say. I’m a real foodie so I just eat and I don’t gain weight when doing so. Mt doctor said it’s kinda incredible but I should be careful still so I have to put up limits at some points.

I don't know how you do it Karissa (all the food you eat). I know one thing, I could NOT eat my food with all the sauce you put on yours, no way. I know to each their own, but I get nauseous looking at all that sauce, but having said that, I do enjoy your videos because of your personality. Good luck in the future with your career and start working out more when you turn 40 because the calories and pounds start to stick, trust me.👍 Good luck!
