I read those years ago, but I seem to remember Gotrek surprisingly didn't really have a grudge against them or Franz. Felix might be a different story.

Shrimp on the barbie was a tourism commercial, I think, so they deliberately called prawns shrimp so the intended audience (Americans) would get the point of the commercial versus just arguing over wtf "prawns" are.

Being thrown right in the deep end could be a good way to force people to learn how to play. Also keep in mind this is legendary with full buffs for the AI.

Karl Franz campaign has increased in difficulty imo. Good thing we have more tools but the Old World is just a clusterfuck of Order vs Chaos and every time you mop up a conflict you get dragged into a new theater, eg. Norsca, Sylvania, the Bad Lands, Bretonnia, etc. You can only catch a break if the Dwarfs clean up the mountains and the Elves their territories.

How is it I can watch yesterday’s 10hr stream with 1 or 2 ads . Yet this stream I’m 1hr in and I’ve had at least 12 adverts already if not more ! Stupid youtube

Every time you say cockatrice it reminds me of the first dragons dogma fighting the cockatrice in the castle farm and my pawn yelling AH! A COCKATRICE IT HAS THE HEAD OF A COCK!!…. 😅😂

I can see Legend doing some absolutely sneaky shenanigans with Eldar, Tyranids and Necrons. Just off the top of my head they were the most obvious candidates. And in my Karl Campaign Elspeth only had mordheim. Vlad saw to yhat

I've played with the empire several times recently, and I can honestly say that the Ironsides are better at shooting than ordinary handgunners - at least by 30% in all respects. Most likely, due to the bonus to accuracy, their efficiency is much higher, although it would seem that it should not play a role against infantry.
