the tip with the riverside and park side, is helpful. But hard mattress is very good and almost all hotel have those mattresses.

Thank you for watching!) There are local shops in the promenade, and a few International shops in the city center. If there are shopping centers, most probably they are somewhere a bit outside. I don't have this unfortunately. But maybe you can check my video "15 Things to do in Karlovy Vary " (a tourist point of view).

It is a pity to hear that you didn't like it. I showed all main sights at the hotel, and it was important for me to share real experience and not just videos. I'm sure you can find only hotel videos on KZfaq if this is your goal.
