Dear friends, I worked for a Taiwanese MNC in E city Bangalore and 5 years ago i was dismissed without assigning proper reasons to accommodate people from other states and i have raised an Industrial Dispute bef the !st Addl labour Court, Bangalore and the employer trying to evade attending the case and somehow trying to get it dismissed. I would request all to kindly support me, including Suvarna news Ajit sir. I do not have kannada KB in my system and hence writing in english. Most of the employees work in the field which they r not skilled at,for example,all soft ware companies hire engineering graduates from different branches,they all only on computers.

Thanks for Suvarna news channel for this debit about this topic. Sir i am requesting to Bring this law all over the India, lets respective state people first get benefits of job and other benefits generated in there state. If skilled people not there companies should immediately bring it to government notice and temporary basis they can give job of non state people.

Im all in for this bill. I think we should start with 25% first and slowly increase the numbers [in next 3-4 yr to make to 50-70%] . Suddenly telling 75% is causing panic
