Awe Karrie, you and your mom have such a special relationship, you can just tell your both such good people! I absolutely love how beautiful this turned out! Amazing what some white paint does to anything isn’t it! Lol I’d be lost without my white kitchen and dishes lol Great video today! 💕🥰

I really miss having fun with my mom. She has dementia and lives in the past. You are blessed so make memories while you can. Time flies and before long you wonder where the time went. Love the make over. God’s blessings from my home to yours.

Your comment brought tears to my eye's. I hope you find comfort in knowing that the scriptures say that God looks foward to the works of his own hands. And in the promise in Revelations he will make all things knew. That includes your mother's memory. We are living in the last days so I hope that hope brings you comfort.🙏😊

I feel for you Linda, both my in-laws which I loved had forms of dementia. My parents were 20 years younger than my in-laws but I loss my parents 4 years apart. Mom was 64 from a massive heart attack. Daddy had a 10 year battle with brain cancer. God Be With You!

In some ways dementia is worse than cancer, it steals away the spirit we love and leaves a shell that is not our parents. I will pray for you and yours as you go through this journey.

Your comment are words that I was about to say myself. I really miss having fun with my mom, also. I go see her often, but she lives in the past, also. I miss the days we used to share. Time truly does fly.

@@kathykaufman1244 my daddy's cancer was him living in horrible pain all day everyday and falling daily. He also loss memory and went blind. Daddy layed in a fetal state for 1 full year and he didn't know us. I won't want to compare because both are difficult to watch happen to a love one and you can't do anything about.

YES! That's what I say, do whatever you like in your home! It doesn't matter if it looks like everyone else's house or no one else's house so long as it feels like home. I love love love the green dishes for a pop of color in the hutch. The whole room turned out gorgeous!

I love this....and it’s great that people can see that it’s possible to bring the farmhouse style to any type home...I grew up in a single wide mobile home so it would have been nice to have KZfaq and Pinterest back then

I can’t tell you enough of how much I enjoyed your laughing and interaction with your mom, I lost my mom back in January. She was 94 but this brought back memories of us behaving just like this. Enjoy your mom, and the moments.

Perfection, it is comfortable warm and unified. Love the hutch and the green plates in front of the white plates and then the two chicken/roaster in the middle wow factor. Looks like a magazine picture from country living. You both did a great job and all her accents she purchased and you both painted just the right touches. Not to much and not to little. Just right. Great Job!

POV: love the make over. I think you should paint the gather sign matte black so it would stand out, cause everything is white. Love that you and your daughter decorate together.

If black is too dark for the Gather sign, try it in the eucalyptus green.

I absolutely love the dining room makeover at your Mom’s house. Can I just say that when the two of you are together, you both are hilarious. I love the China cabinet decorated the way you did with the white plates with the green glass plates in front of them. It made the China cabinet stand out more. It would be nice to have some kind of lighting in the China cabinet to show off her crystal. It would sparkle.

Great job girls! I love your mother’s home. I love the way it is layed out and I think her fireplace is one of the prettiest I have ever seen. The green plates really popped the hutch. And made all the white and clear stuff pop. Really gorgeous.

Karrie,. The changr that the white paint made on the china cabinet and the dining set, was the perfect idea. And inside of the China with the green plates made everything else pop. Absolutely stunning. And the roosters have a beautiful nesting place LOL.💜🐓 Awesome job ladies..💜

I really like the makeover! Although I like the pieces you put up, I did prefer the candle holders you originally had on either side of the hutch. The green plates make everything pop!

I love the hutch. Love the total white. I would not make the hutch like the table and chairs. Love the full white on hutch. The decor is so pretty

I love watching you and your mom. My mom moved to Florida and I’m here in Minnesota. This is just like our relationship and I miss having it all the time. It’s fun to watch, not to mention I love all the fun make-overs! Beautiful! Both your channels are my favorites.
