VK Pandian is trying to follow the developmental model of Tamil Nadu. Tamil Nadu is the best example to follow and TN is the only state with over all development with all sections of the society. Among all states in India, TN has the highest Gross Enrollment Ratio (51%) which is more than national average. TN is the state with highest urbanization in a state (49%), which is also more than National average. TN's performance in health care is the best in India, next to Kerela. TN's Maternal mortality Rate and Infant Mortality Rate are very less compared to other states. TN is the 2nd richest state in India. Gender equality is highest in TN. TN has the highest number of industries with about 40000. 41% of working women force in whole of India is from TN. TN's poverty rate is less than 3%. If all the states of India follow TN's developmental model, whole India will become a developed country very soon.
