Hi family!!! Tonight’s video stemmed from someone’s comment on our last video, and I couldn’t find it to heart it and let them know I took their request haha. So if you see this, IT WAS FOR YOUUUU!
Tonight’s bit is a “classic” if you will, sleep clinic trigger testing video! Sit back while I mimic somewhat cranial nerve exam, and test each of your senses with different triggers to help you sleep. Here at the sleep clinic, you’re provided with all necessities for relaxation, and I’ll start by introducing myself and handing you your last item, a cozy knit blanket. So please! Get yourself comfortable and know.. as always, I love you! I love you with all of my person family. Sleep well, at the sleep clinic of course.

Hi family, both old and new, or those passing thru - I’ve noticed several comments stating I felt a bit “rushed” in this video to them. I’ve reviewed a couple clips and I’m definitely in agreement. I’ve also had many comments asking for a POV BODY SCAN, and I’m going to do this tomorrow, only I’m going to take my time and slow down. I did not mean to be in a rush during this, I believe it’s because I meant to make this around 30 minutes, and I was practicing old techniques but more than one in that short time. I will work on this! Thank you for your criticism, and hope you will give me another chance. It’s wonderful seeing old and new faces in our family recently, and want to be sure you know I am dedicated to your requests, criticisms, and opinions. Hope you have a safe week. 🖤

I am so beyond sorry for what you’ve suffered from this new year. I can assure you as life provides that your time of rest will come soon enough. I hate using “this is gods plan”, because I don’t believe in the direct statement however I do believe disaster makes us wiser in time. Take the time you need to relax the best you can and know I’m thinking of you!

I feel the same way. The new year started, and I lost my cat, got sick, visited the ER, and received a huge medical bill with interest added because their website bugged out and wouldn't let me pay it so it's considered overdue 🥲🥲 it really sucks when everything hits you all at once. Hopefully together we will make it through and have a better year
