synth v sounds so real, I still like vocaloid and utau voicebanks most cause they have a special flare to them compared to synth v but it's just kinda crazy how real her synth v sounds.

it's amazing how they managed to make synthv teto still sound like teto without losing the tone to realism.

to me, the synthv vb sounds like… well, it sounds like Teto went through 15 years of voice training! Utau will always have a special place in the heart of many, but her SynthV voice bank is gorgeous!

Yeah I don't know why people are saying she doesn't sound like herself. The only situation I can kind of hear that is when she's singing really powerfully, but you can fix that by just adding a little bit of gender parameter, and using a combination of power and cute instead of just power; I think that would be all it would take to get that sakebi-like sound.

Her UTAU voice sounds more like she's a teenager, while SynthV feels more like she has matured into a woman after all these years :0

what i like about this is the comparison sorta sounds like what it's like when your young voice grows and matures into adulthood. it's like the difference between a hobbyist singer who finally made it big and had a lot more practice and growth

Tetos voice, to me, is power. Hearing her singing mellow tunes is good and all, but it was "Alive" that really sold this new step for me. If she's not singing with everything she's got, is she even Teto? Is she the diva who clawed her way to the top we all fell in love with?

I truly dont get some of the criticism about the new VB, its not like the utau ones arent available anymore? my view on it is of the 'holy shit, two cakes!' type. While i have a special fondness for tetos utau voicebank and her more robotic voice, i still find it dope to see her get an update! And i do think the voicebanks keep quite a lot of her Vibe despite being on such a different program ^_^

What I love about this is that you can still hear Teto in the AI voicebank. Looking forward to the release.

As someone who's been in the fandom since 2011, it's rare for me to love new versions of voicebanks due to nostalgia... but Teto's is my only exception! They made her sound absolutely stunning in SynthV! She still sounds like herself, but has much more clarity and poise to her voice. It's amazing to see she is now official!

SynthV knew what they were doing. SynthV's is like "Soft, Deep and Strong" and can reach very humane high notes while UTAU's is basically "Strong, Robotic and Hard". and high notes are very inhumane growls than screams.

I like how they still kept the “strong” voice/pronunciation of the original UTAU voicebank, while making her realistic too! Can’t wait when people play around with SynthV Teto 💕✨

Her actual voice sounds the same, it's just... smoother. With UTAU Teto, whenever the pitch changed, you could really hear the step in pitch, while Synth V Teto makes the transition much smoother.

Personally I love all the variations, except power. I'd hate to say it, but it really doesn't sound like her. If I heard it without knowing it was Teto's voice, I wouldn't have ever guessed it was her. Though as someone said down before, it can easily be fixed. Joyful sounds off as well. Only in the chorus when she's singing more powerfully though. Still love it overall + her new outfit ❤
