I am kashmiri in Pakistan. My mother used to cook nadru mutton curry and i used to pick n eat most of the nadru chunks. I love its gravy and its chunks. Kashmiri food is superb.

In Chattisgarh...we eat lotus stem too..we pair it with arhar ki dal or chana dal and give nice tadka at the end .

Hum himachali Hai Laken Mere Jiju Kashmiri hai to jab badi Sister ke mere Jiju se shadi hue tab hume pata chala Ki itni mast dish hoti hy khane main Mere Jiju ke Sister bhi Bahut achi Nadru or kashmiri sabjiya bahut achi banaate hai. Hum Vegetarian hai. Ab to mere Sister bhi Dam aallu bahut ache banate hai.
