It's so lovely to hear the French songs from Kate and Anna. i have been following them since 1975, and love them!

J'aime tellement les Mc Garrigles, avec leur signature musicale humble,racée et authentique.Merci beaucoup a la personne qui a su immortaliser leurs prestations,votre générosité est tres appréciée.

I love the McGarrigles so much..they are angels.

I first heard the McGarrigle sisters in the early or mid 70's on a nightime FM radio show - I think it was "Southern Boys". It was like hearing truth. The music was so beautiful then, and is ever more beautiful as time passes.

Ils sont formidables. J’écouterais cette musique tout le temps. Ils me manquent. Leur disque de Noël est tout à fait exceptionnel.

J'adore cette chanson. C'est du McGarrigle tout craché: une belle mélodie, un texte doucement ironique, une chanson trompeusement simple qui s'écoute toute seule tellement elle est bien faite.

Devastated and heartbroken only begin to describe my initial response to the sad news of Kate's passing. All we have left is her music and her memory for us to ponder.

The McGarrigles wrote many wonderful songs and performed them beautifully, but this seems to be the only time someone made a Music Video of their work. Like their best songs, it's deep and simple and touching. Thank you, Kate & Anna (and Sarah, too).

He tried to populated the Nouvelle-France cause the New-England was so much populated. But the legend say then les filles du roi was in reality girls with problem in France so the king prefer to ship her in the colonie. Sorry, my english is not my best quality ;o)
