I've learned something EXTREMELY DISTURBING about the way the judicial system works. A lawyer can ask a question in order to fit their narrative and the witness is only able to answer yes or no? There are so many circumstances where the answer requires more of an explanation opposed to simply answering yes or no. That's so wrong. That's exactly why I can't stand our judicial system. It's extremely flawed.

False Allegations? No, sorry she won her case twice in the UK, didn't you know? Go look it up. This trial happening in the UK and she won both times in a court of law. The USA should respect that court decision. This trial in the USA is just a circus, not a real trial and its BS, its all to help Johnny try to look good. He still looks as bad as he did in the UK, whatever. I never expected to care about a Hollywood trial but I will literally cry if Johnny wins this. It will make me feel like maybe I didn’t deserve to get my tooth knocked out with a beer bottle or my ribs sliced with a knife by my ex. I have always felt like even though I was abused I didn’t deserve any justice or sympathy because men are supposed to be tough and stoic so I never even got to heal because I didn’t feel like I could talk about it or cry about. But if people support him maybe they will support me too.

I'm an abuse victim and I never got help but from one to another we all back you no matter what your gender is man or woman victims of abuse can see through the bs I can personally tell amber is lying I've had black eyes and cuts and there is no amount of makeup that can cover it up she just doesn't act like she was ever abused and none of her bruises fit her story who gets punched repeatedly by a man with huge rings on and comes out with no gashes on their face she is lying

seriously, just because your ex and your experiences does not mean depp is guilty. They both seemed to trigger each other, i hope Depp does win this because it seems that Heard kept pushing him and her and her whole crowd of people took advantage of his kindness and she comes off as shady. This whole topic is not fun or easy to live through, or talk about but i think Depp bringing this all out and showing things in court also allows and shows that not only women are victims, but also men can and are dealing with abuse in relationships

As a Lawyer, I can't emphasize just how bad this is going for Amber. Mr. Depp and his team seem relaxed; almost amused at times. Ms. Heard's team looks as if they are playing from behind. Jurors are no different than you. They have formed an opinion of Amber. My guess is that they feel the same way most of us do.

Johnny lost his case twice in the UK, Legal Eagle covered the entire thing. As far as I am concern Johnny is guilty. Amber fought back on occasions because she herself was a victim of abuse. Its normal when you are abused a long time to lash out at the one hurting you. Two times she won her case against Johnny in the UK, why is no one talking about that? Because USA justice is so much better? I think not, especially when it comes to how women that are victims of sexual abuse, and physical abuse have been treated in the USA for decades, more so. Great idea to put Kate Moss on first and just for a short time. She was a rebuttal witness and can only refute testimony that has already been entered. They didn't try to milk the opportunity to ask her questions about their relationship or use her celebrity to shore up their case. Heard's lawyers knew better than to try to cross-examine. Dr. Curry was her usual smart, professional self and Depp held up well. He showed some knowledge of photography, as well he would as an actor that knows about film and pictures. Rottenborn was combative and defensive and grasping for anything he could get.

Lol Amber scored so high that she disqualified herself! 😂 She tried faking how fake she is and still came out fake. She tested herself as one of the most distressed humans just to fit the narrative of being abused and then went against herself, testing as someone unaffected by any trauma while trying to fit the narrative a calm happy undisturbed person with no aggression issues. As smart as she is the test outsmarted her. Good thing Dr. Curry came back, round two is even more fascinating and informative. That other “expert” who needed to read her notes to testify was so obviously off. And, she seemed distressed, as though in fear that she was in danger of losing her license for possibly being guilty of reporting whatever Amber told her to report instead administering authentic tests.

What is really disturbing to me is that she can sit there and listen to him speaking about her punching him and look at photos of him with a black eye, she sits there and smirks. How can she not feel bad about what she's done and reflect on the way she has lived and the choices that she's made. It was so odd while Johnny was talking about the younger sister having the short end of the stick and the camera pans over to look at AH and she has this arrogant look on her face. She can't even feel bad for the things that she's done to her little sister? If she feels bad at all or feels anything about the horrible things she's done in her past you can't see it on her face. The most honorable thing that she could do would be to tell everyone that she understands she's done a lot of horrible things and she needs help and has a problem with anger. From everything I've listened to so far, it seems to me that maybe the sisters were physically abused by their dad. And it seems to me that Amber has some pretty bad anger issues because of this and she needs some help. But as long as she will not admit that she has a problem how can she ever receive help? All of this is just terrible.

The constant accusations of Elaine Bredehoft (Amber's attorney) to the witnesses about 15 minutes of fame is not only annoying but unprofessional. She should be looking in the mirror if she wants to accuse anybody.😅 I love when the TMZ former employee made a jab back at her, and she deserved it. I seriously hate her, and hate is a strong word. Johnny Depp, I am so sorry to hear about your mom. I lost mine last September to stage 4 lung cancer. I had been watching her slowly die for years and it still tears my heart out to think of her. The only thing that saved me from going into a drug induced coma was Jesus Christ. I confessed my sins to him and gave my life to him. You seem like a good man, Johnny. That would be me. Bipolar 2 and borderline personality and former drug addict. I have 2 years clean and off all psychotics and haven't had a drug or mental relapse in 2 years. We're not all inherently bad humans. All those factors alone do not make you an abusive person. That's a personality trait exacerbated by the side effects.

Yes, after three hours of interview/meeting I got hungry lol You didn’t administer the gold standard test for personality disorder! No, not that one, it’s for treatment specifically.

I support this. It's abhorrent to automatically assume a womens claim of abuse in any form is truthful and accurate. I'm a women myself and I'd say in my childhood I'd dealt with some forms of verbal, mental, emotional abuse and 2 times it got physical. However as I got older I fought against my abuser and just continued to fight. I was abusive to my ex husband like AH was abusive to JD. So anyone making false allegations and claims of dv should absolutely be sued!
