Hi Kate, place looks fab! If I were you, I would put the shoe shelves in the corner and the rail right of it (basically swap them) I feel it would make the space less dark! Looks good though! XX

I'm interior designer. Trust me, change places of shoe shelf with hanger, it's less functional but you will get wider feeling in entrance 🙌

Hi!! What you re did looks SO nice - I would maybe swap the clothing rack and the shoe shelf spots with each other, just so the taller bit is against the wall! Just a thought, but looks so nice and organized xo

Hi Kate! I’ve commented before but think it got deleted. Just wondering if you’d ever consider going down the more sustainable route of promoting fashion and not brands that have had bad reputations of exploiting their employees? I used to follow you on Instagram but recently unfollowed because it became more of watching gifted stories (again which is not sustainable to accept everything)

Ahh sad to hear you unfollowed me but I see your point. I like to think my style is sustainable as I wear the same clothes on repeat year on year, and dont really follow trends Which slows down the ‘fast’ fashion element. And in regards to the exploiting the employees thing - I always do research before working with brands to make sure any claims have been resolved and they are working to improve this. Gifting wise - I turn down 90% of stuff!! Everything I get gifted I use 🙌🏼

@@KateHutchins but you do have the money to buy more sustainable and ethical clothing. fast fashion brands often have worse quality in their clothing compared to sustainable brands, bc sustainable brands have intended their clothes to last longer. also the cheap price cuts down from something, so even tho some brands dont have employee scandals coming up, the cheap prices of the clothing have to cut from somewhere, often from the employees rights :/
