She's so hard on herself about how she looked/looks but I see a vibrant beautiful young woman. The plastic surgery was unnecessary but I guess it all boils down to how we feel about ourselves. I was never a fan of hers but now that I'm older I finally get it and am enjoying the KZfaq videos. She talks about this appearance on Conan in her book. Anyhow, I'm a fan now and think she's hilarious.

In her book she said that when she was in high school, boys would bark at her in the hallways. So it's not surprising that she had a bad self image. Even when she was an aspiring actress people would tell her, "You'd be pretty if not for that awful nose." Pretty mean but I guess that's common behavior in show business.

Dead Horses Yeah the Trump thing was a bad movie and backfired, big whoop, so she isn't perfect, lol. She is still hilarious and I find it refreshing that someone as successful as herself is still so down to earth and doesn't just assume that she is the queen of the world like most of Hollywood. Yeah!

Anyone else here who doesn't understand why Kathy was so hard on herself with her looks? I mean honestly, she's adorable and kinda sexy!! The men in the audience love her.

It is the people who in the industry would tell her to get a nose job that then she would have a bigger career. That whole industry is just nasty. People fill up your head with that garbage. Even the weight thing some dresser would tell her that she is a size too big.

She looked so different back then (25 years ago). On a recent Jimmy Kimmel program she had not aged well. So much makeup now and possibly the tension over her Trump prank changed her appearance to a certain point.

@@rr7firefly She looked better before the Trump stuff. She's gone through a ton of stress and visibly lost 10/15 lbs from it all. I think when she gets back to a normal weight (bc she said she won't do fillers anymore) she'll look more like herself.

She' very hot and very funny. I am a Trump supporter and I stil find her funny. She's quick to cut celebrities legs out from underneath them and call them on their Bs. Conan is a good guy though.
