Dear thank you so much this is the first time I am successful making a flower cane and because of you you explain so nicely that I understood everything again thanks a lot

I just made my 1st cane. I should have been watching this video at the same time, but I thought I could. I took notes last night and looked at them... well, I have a nine petal thingy with a hole in the middle. The next step is to “fill”the center and the spaces between the petals. Right now, before filling in it is about 1/4 inch thick. A nightmare and a waste of clay. Good for a laugh tho’.

I don’t usually do flower canes, but this one is simply too pretty to pass! Thank you for this tutorial.

Between you and Susan Bailey (TurtleSoupBeads), I am realizing I need flowers in my life! Until now, I have been all about geometric shapes. This cane is absolutely beautiful. I love how the center is darker in some areas and thinner, lighter in other areas. It looks much more realistic this way. Thank you for sharing your time and ideas with us!
