Taking on the 50/50 Belly Buster Burger Challenge from Hollow Spirits Distillery in Albuquerque, New Mexico! Challengers have 1 hour to finish two - 2 pound half chorizo/half brisket and short rib burger patties, each covered in 6 slices of cheese, bacon, and eggs sandwiched between a full loaf of fresh baked rosemary sourdough, along with a side of their bacon-parmesan fries! Winners receive the $98 meal for free, a groovy t-shirt, and a spot up on the distillery's brand new Wall of Fame!

I love the way she does her challenges. She looks like she is actually trying to enjoy the food. Some of the other KZfaqrs always look like they are just doing it for the video and are not actually interested in the food.

AH HA! So your "Hollow leg" is actually a second stomach, eh? ;-). Really happy Hollow Spirits Distillery added an appropriate amount of fries and not match them to the weight of the massive patties like some of the other places. I’ve done a few silly eating challenges with friends and failed miserably. At a point, I’d get so uncomfortable I couldn’t even talk. Aside from you being an assuming competitive eater, you’re very entertaining. You talk and keep interest through the whole thing. Many competitive eaters I’ve watched, I’ll fast forward to the end due to boredom. Keep it up and keep keeping it off!😁
