The Katsina state government has renewed its resolve not to negotiate with bandits that have been terrorizing the state for over one and a half decade.
This comes as some terrorists are asking the government for negotiations following the kidnap of about 80 residents of Maidabino town of Danmusa local government hostage.
The Katsina state commissioner of internal security and home affairs Nasiru Danmusa droped gave the hints during an exclusive interview with trust television news in Katsina.
