MDA I think divorce when you are both still in love with each other is perhaps the hardest type. Rejection is one thing but when two souls are connected and you still can't make it work, it still fails, it is so painful. Your hearts still tug at each other when you're apart. Think of it as a rubber band that connects your heart to your partners heart. That band never breaks but as you grow apart and try to build yourself back up you feel stonger but really that elastic is stretched to the point where it doesn't feel as painful, but you never truly part. Not when the love was real. Its sad and its painful. More painful than rejection, or love that never was or could have been.

Everyone should go through a painful break up, as hard as it is (and was for me) You do learn so much about yourself and how to cope. As heartbreaking as it can be, it is a life experience you take with you to make you a stronger person.

I cried a little when she cried. I think a lot of girls can relate to her pain. Good for her for speaking out and showing her vulnerable side. Most people(especially celebs) nowadays wouldn't dare to cry about their ex in front of others or admit on camera that they miss them. I think, it just shows that you don't always have to be so tough and heartless, and it's OK to miss and still love someone long after they broke your heart. That's what makes us human. ❤️

It's kind of even more depressing to see all these discussions here about the breakup. It just didn't work and it was both they're choices. But that doesn't mean that it doesn't hurt, cause it does. That's the things with breakups, it is never easy. Love is never easy, it is just worth it.

I love both Katy and Russell. Their relationship didn't last but they both learned some valuable lessons and went through an inner transformation, of which both are now better people because of it. We never grow without pain. The best moments and achievements in my life came after a painful experience. I use it to make myself a better person, not a bitter person. I think of those who have hurt me, as teachers. Without them, I wouldn't be nearly as strong and resilient as I am.
