That doubt is a good one but where is this mentioned in Swastha vritham? The talk clearly mentions that this is not for patients but for healthy persons to prevent diseases.

Nidana parivarjanam chikitsa. This is a talk series and previous talks are available in this channel. Better to have a look. Also if you consider the qualification as a university degree in concerned subject, it is there. Apart from that one more qualification is a must for any person to succeed in life and science.
